2009 EDITION

Last October 28th and 29th the first edition of this event was held in Monterrey, Mexico. Over two days the event gathered more than 50 exhibitors with over 650 industry professionals and 200 students specializing in the food and hospitality industry. In addition the event offered a complete training program for professionals including two technical workshops, two keynote addresses, two professional exhibitions, demonstrations, etc.
